今天碰到这样一个问题，编译打包的时候报以下错误
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:2.6.1:clean (default-clean) on
project smart-platform: Failed to clean project: Failed to delete
C:\Users\XieZhiXin\Desktop\coms-develop\smart-platform\target\classes\workAttendanceMessage.properties

通过第一行错误提示可得知：Failed to execute goal
org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-clean-plugin:2.6.1:clean (default-clean) on
project smart-platform: Failed to clean project: Failed to delete
C:\Users\XieZhiXin\Desktop\coms-develop\smart-platform\target\classes\workAttendanceMessage.properties

大概意思是清理文件发生错误，所以通过提示文件路径找到该报错文件删除即可，打开项目中的文件直接删除，可能会提示无法删除，原因是后台还在占用此文件，这时候把eclipse的后台服务全部关闭再删除那个文件即可。再次编译打包，就OK了！
