如果申请失败就不能再申请了

我申请了一个失败后 2个多月了也没办法重新申请。

本文是2018年7月twitter开发者账号不好申请，而写的。

申请流程：

* 先申请推特账号：
这个很简单就不讲述了。（用谷歌邮箱申请，不要qq邮箱，不限邮箱可以使用163邮箱，一个账号对应一个邮箱和手机）

* 申请开发者账户：
推特登录状态跳转到https://developer.twitter.com/en/apps
<https://developer.twitter.com/en/apps>或

https://apps.twitter.com/ <https://apps.twitter.com/>开始申请

先用邮箱注册会出现这种情况无法再使用中国手机注册（改版了，以前可以）。

所以要先用手机号(国内+86即可)申请。然后添加邮箱。

添加邮箱后就可以下一步了

以上这些随便填：但是要注意组织推特和url要真是存在随便弄一个就行了，我这里用的我自己的推特代替组织推特，用我的csdn账户代替url

一些例子：

注意最好按1.2.3.4自己写汉语的翻译一下发过去

提交请求去邮箱验证即可

这个邮件一定要回复（内容与上面给的英文例子类似）

回复后几天后即可使用开发者账户。

申请成功后就可以创建应用获取秘钥了。

注意与总结

* 先用手机注册，在添加邮箱（一个邮箱对应一个账户）
* 选择组织比个人成功绿要高，所以选组织
* 组织推特和url要真是存在随便弄一个就行了，我这里用的我自己的推特代替组织推特，用我的csdn账户代替url
* 填写用途时，最好按1.2.3.4自己写汉语的翻译一下发过去

* 确认申请邮件后，等待一到二天如果有新邮件发过来要及时回复，内用于填写用途一致或错不多就好。
建议

* 用一个手机号事情一个谷歌邮箱，用这个手机号和谷歌邮箱注册成功率较高（可以用中国手机）
* 越早申请越好，因为推特不断的在升级系统，指不定哪天就不能这样玩了，通过观测发现现在申请比之前又难了很多。
